The main goal of my existence is to help people find themselves and not lose faith!
I was born on October 22, 1988, in Bila Tserkva (Kyiv region) in a family with Polish roots. My great-grandfather, Paweł Barycki, was a Pole (parents: Łukasz Barycki and Elżbieta Barycka). Already during school, I was involved in charity work and actively participated in the life of the city, winning awards in numerous journalism competitions. At the age of 16, I entered the journalism department of Kyiv Media University without a competition. At the age of 18, I was already leading a journalism course in the Department of Family and Youth Affairs, working there for 11 years and raising over 300 students, young journalists. I graduated in pedagogy as a speech therapist-defectologist to help children with special needs. From the age of 16, I worked as a journalist both full-time and freelance, specializing in unusual situations, disability sports, and education.
In 2018, I moved to Poland due to the illness of my older daughter and her disability. Since 2019, I have been organizing the adaptation of foreigners, including Ukrainians in Poland, organizing over 200 meetings for adults and children, 50 themed picnics, bringing together over 1,000 people, including 5 couples who met at these events, got married, and have 3 children together.
In 2021, I became one of the first volunteers in Warsaw. Thanks to the involvement of good-hearted people, their help, and donations, we managed to donate over 20 tons of medical aid. I actively supported and sent humanitarian aid to Ukraine, including to my hometown of Bila Tserkva, delivering food for children and mothers.
In 2023, I found myself among the 1000 best women of the year according to Forbes Woman Poland magazine. After a personal meeting with the President of Poland, Aleksander Kwaśniewski, and his wife, the First Lady Jolanta Kwaśniewska, at the "Mentoriada for Women Leaders" organized by the Agreement Without Barriers Foundation, I decided to solidify my entire activity by founding the official charitable organization "Foundation Building the Future Together."
