Various companies on the market offer many paid and free courses lasting from 1 to 6 months, where you can familiarize yourself with a new profession and gain basic skills to work in your chosen field. Programs on such courses are quite intensive, so be prepared to dedicate enough time and energy to absorb the material. The good news is that most of these programs are conducted online, and class materials are available for replay if you cannot attend all online classes at their scheduled time.

1. INCO Academy (Poland)

   • sprintED: UX/UI Product Design
   • Fully funded online course within INCO Academy, designed to ease your entry into the IT industry.
   • Bootcamp duration: 4 days
   • Start: February 14, 2024, online
   • Training: Tuesday-Friday 10:00-16:00
   • Engagement: At least 5 hours from Monday to Friday
   • Recruitment is open until February 6, 2024
   • Note: The boot camp is aimed at Ukrainian women and men residing in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Some classes will be conducted in Ukrainian.
   • This course will help you discover potential career paths in product design and user experience. You will learn what UX/UI is and understand the user design process. Participating in the boot camp will help you better understand the work of a product designer and choose a path that aligns with your interests and skills. The program will help kickstart a career in emerging technologies.

2. Kobiety do Kodu (Women into Code)

   • Practical Java Course
   • Duration: 7 days
   • Languages: PHP, Node.JS, Java, Ruby on Rails, C# (.NET), Python, and more
   • The Java course takes a different approach than traditional courses. It focuses on guiding through the creation of a seemingly simple application, discussing elements of the Java language that are needed in everyday work.

3. OSE IT Szkoła (OSE IT School)

   • E-learning courses for students (12-15 years old) and teachers
   • "Programming in Python with the Young Programmer's Club – basic level"
   • Suitable for both individual home learning and classroom implementation. The material can be used for computer science classes in grades 7–8 of primary school (with students aged 12–15).
   • The course aims to introduce young people to the world of Python programming, used by both global corporations and coding enthusiasts. Python is a general-purpose programming language with syntax close to natural language. It is often used as a scripting language (where the executed program appears in source form) and runs on servers. Python is used in various data-gathering and processing devices, such as smart buildings or weather stations.

   • Python for Students 7-17 years old
   • CodeDojo is a global network of free programming clubs led by volunteers. These clubs allow young people aged 7-17 to learn new things about digital technology with the help of their peers and mentors who have already completed courses and are active in the communities.

   • The well-known Ukrainian company GO IT offers a series of free webinars and short training sessions, allowing you to familiarize yourself with a specific profession. If you are looking for a more advanced understanding of a chosen direction, GO IT also offers paid courses.
